I was reminded of this song via a TV-show episode the other day – realizing pretty quick that I love it – though I have never ever made a conscious choice to listen to it. I figure that – since we listened to quite a lot of Vangelis (amongst other things) in our home when I was a kid – my Mom kicked-in the stereo repeat button on this album tape. It came out when I was about two years old – meaning I’ve grown an emotional attachment to this song from early childhood.
Awesome stuff.
